Enzymotec has developed two solutions that could improve the stability of phosphatidylserine (PS). The company has designed a process, which is based on Enzymotec’s patented AMIET® technology and unique purification steps. The improved process eventually increases the purity and stability of the final product and is suitable for all PS forms including liquid, solid and suspension.
